PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/CP dated March 4, 1995 on the establishment of the State Academic Council;
Considering the proposal of the State Academic Council,
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoint Mr. Nguyen Minh Hien, Minister of Education and Training, to assume the position of Chairman of the State Academic Council in place of Mr. Tran Hong Quan; Mr. Chu Hao, Deputy Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, to assume the position of Vice Chairman of the State Academic Council in place of Mr. Chu Tuan Nha.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The State Academic Council, heads of relevant agencies, and Messrs. Nguyen Minh Hien, Tran Hong Quan, Chu Tuan Nha, and Chu Hao are responsible for implementing this decision./.
