Regarding the approval of the number of provincial People's Council representatives; the list of electoral units and
the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the provincial People's Council representatives

THE GOVERNMENT
BASED ON Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Delegates (amended) adopted on JUNE 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of 68 (sixty-eight) provincial People's Council representatives, 27 (twenty-seven) constituencies, and the number of representatives to be elected in each constituency for the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province, the Minister - Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister - Chief of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
