Merge the Cultural House Business Guidance Center into the Grassroots Culture and Information Bureau

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

At the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Information and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board - Government.

DECISION:

Article 1. Merge the Cultural House Business Guidance Center and the Grassroots Culture and Information Bureau.

The organization and restructuring of the Grassroots Culture and Information Bureau after merging with the Cultural House Business Guidance Center shall be decided by the Minister of Culture and Information.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of issuance. Abolish Point 3 of Clause 2 of Decision No. 123/TTg dated March 1, 1995 of the Prime Minister on the reorganization and restructuring of units under the Ministry of Culture and Information.

Article 3. The Minister of Culture and Information, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board - Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
