DECREE
Regarding the establishment of Nghia Chanh Ward and Quang Phu Ward
under Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province

THE GOVERNMENT
BASED ON the Law on Government Organization dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. The Nghia Chanh Ward and Quang Phu Ward under Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province shall be established as follows:
1. Establish Nghia Chanh Ward under Quang Ngai City based on the entire natural area and population of Nghia Chanh Commune. Nghia Chanh Ward has 404 hectares of natural area and 11,385 inhabitants.
2. Establish Quang Phu Ward under Quang Ngai City based on the entire natural area and population of Quang Phu Commune. Quang Phu Ward has 727 hectares of natural area and 16,220 inhabitants.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree shall be abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government, and the Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
