THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decision No. 06/2001/QĐ-BNN dated January 19, 2001 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development allocating revenue and expenditure targets for the State budget for 2001;
Considering the implementation of the training budget for the first six months of 2001 by the schools;
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Master Planning Department, Finance and Accounting;

Article 1. Now hereby adjust the plan (second allocation) for the training budget for 2001 for the Schools with a total amount of: 8,901 million VND, including:
- Supplementing the training budget according to the average student quota funded by the State budget: 725 million VND.
- Supporting social allowances for students and additional expenses for some schools:
1,755 million VND
- Supplementing the salary fund due to an increase in the minimum wage: 6,421 million VND.
