DECREE

Regarding the establishment of Phước Vinh Commune under Ninh Phước District, Ninh Thuận Province

THE GOVERNMENT

WHEREAS EDUCATION Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;

Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuận Province and the Minister of Home Affairs,

DECREE:

Article 1. Now, the administrative boundaries of Phước Sơn Commune are adjusted to establish Phước Vinh Commune under Ninh Phước District, Ninh Thuận Province as follows: Establish Phước Vinh Commune based on 4,557.06 hectares of natural area and 9,569 population from Phước Sơn Commune.

Administrative boundaries of Phước Vinh Commune: East borders Phước Sơn Commune; West and South border Phước Thái Commune; North borders Ninh Sơn District. After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Phước Vinh Commune, Phước Sơn Commune retains 1,459.48 hectares of natural area and 13,776 population.

Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.

Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuận Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
