THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 58/2002/NĐ-CP of June 3, 2002 of the Government promulgating the Plant Protection Regulations and the Plant Protection Chemical Management Regulations;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law 2005 and Decree No. 88/2006/NĐ-CP of August 29, 2006 of the Government on business registration;

Pursuant to Decree No. 59/2006/NĐ-CP of June 12, 2006 of the Government detailing the Law on Commerce regarding goods and services prohibited from trade, restricted trade, and conditional trade;

At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached to this Decision are "Regulations on the issuance of certificates for the practice of producing, processing, bottling, packaging, and trading in plant protection chemicals."

Seven Appendices are attached to this Decision.

Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, heads of units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, Heads of Plant Protection Sub-departments of provinces and centrally administered cities, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
