Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2007/NĐ-CP dated April 6, 2007 of the Government on petroleum trading;
Pursuant to Decision No. 57/2008/QĐ-BTC dated July 21, 2008 of the Minister of Finance on gasoline prices and other oil products;
At the proposal of the Director of the State Enterprise Financial Department and the Director of the Price Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Petroleum distribution enterprises are allowed to include 500 dong per kilogram of actual mazut consumption in their selling price structure to cover the losses incurred from mazut sales (corresponding to the losses from the quantity of mazut inventory as of July 21, 2008) due to the implementation of the State's price stabilization policy.
Article 2. The implementation period is from November 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008, applicable to all petroleum distribution enterprises.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Head of the Ministry of Finance’s Office, the Directors of the State Enterprise Financial Department and the Price Management Department, heads of relevant units, and General Managers (Directors) of petroleum distribution enterprises are responsible for enforcing this decision.
