PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the 10th National Assembly, 10th Session;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Report No. 03/TTr-CP dated January 9, 2009,

DECISION:

Article 1. Grants Vietnamese citizenship to two individuals named in the attached list.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and those persons named in the List under Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
