DECREE 97/SL ON THE APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD AND PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF THE XI RESISTANCE ZONE COMMITTEE

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 and Decree-Law No. 77 dated December 21, 1945 organizing the people's administration and People's Committees.

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 1-SL dated December 18, 1946 establishing the Protection Committees and implementing Circular of the Joint Ministry No. 6-nv/ct dated December 28, 1946;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 3-NV/ct dated December 28, 1946 suspending elections for People's Councils and People's Committees;

Pursuant to Decree-Laws Nos. 34-SL dated March 19, 1947 and No. 38-SL dated March 28, 1947 amending Decree-Law No. 1-SL dated December 18, 1946;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 78/SL dated September 3, 1947 regarding the composition of Anti-French Resistance Area Committees,

At the request of the Minister of Interior Affairs;

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:

Article 1

Appointing the following persons as administrative members and people's representatives in the Anti-French Resistance Area Committee XI:

Mr. Nguyen Van Tran, Administrative Member

Phan Ke Toai, People's Representative

Tran Van Loan, People's Representative

Nguyen Van Xooc, People's Representative.

Article 2

The Minister of Interior Affairs shall implement this Decree-Law in accordance with its provisions.
