RESOLUTION
Regarding amendments and supplements to the table of position allowances for state leaders and full-time National Assembly deputies, the salary table for specialized professions in the judiciary and prosecution sectors issued together with Decision No. 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated September 30, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly; amending and supplementing Decision No. 522b/NQ-UBTVQH13 dated August 16, 2012 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on uniforms for prosecution officials and identification cards for prosecutors.

On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
On the basis of the Law on the Organization of the People's Prosecutor Office No. 63/2014/QH13;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 82/2014/QH13 dated November 24, 2014 of the National Assembly on the implementation of the Law on the Organization of the People's Procuracy;

1. 2. 3. Supplement the position of Senior Prosecutor to the application scope of the Salary Table for specialized professions in the judiciary and prosecution sectors and belong to Group A3.
Article 2.
Amend and supplement some provisions of Decision No. 522b/NQ-UBTVQH13 dated August 16, 2012 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly to be consistent with the four-level organization of the People's Procuracy.
1. Article 5 shall be amended and supplemented as follows:
"Article 5.
1. The rank insignia attached to the shoulder of the coat of the Chief Prosecutor, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy at all levels and Prosecutors, Investigators, Examiners has a pentagonal shape, red background, with decorative patterns; length 130 mm, tail width 50 mm, head width 40 mm, with a 5 mm wide gold border on both vertical sides and a sharp point; the sharp point is attached with a metal pin in the form of a badge the Minister of Public Security, diameter 15 mm.
2. Rank insignia of the Chief Prosecutor, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy at all levels and Prosecutors, Investigators, Examinersas follows:
- The rank insignia of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy does not have stripes, in the middle is attached the Emblem of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in yellow, diameter 25 mm.
- The rank insignia of the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy does not have stripes, in the middle is attached three yellow stars, diameter 24 mm.
- The rank insignia of the Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the Chief Prosecutor of the High People's Procuracy does not have stripes, in the middle is attached two yellow stars, diameter 22 mm.
- Rank insignia of the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the High People's Procuracy, Senior Prosecutor and Senior Investigator does not have stripes, in the middle is attached one yellow star, diameter 22 mm.
- The rank insignia of the Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy, Senior Examiner has two vertical yellow stripes, in the middle is attached four yellow stars, diameter 20 mm.
- The rank insignia of Intermediate Prosecutor, Intermediate Investigator, Chief Prosecutor of the District People's Procuracy has two vertical yellow stripes, in the middle is attached three yellow stars, diameter 20 mm.
- The rank insignia of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the District People's Procuracy, Principal Examiner has two vertical yellow stripes, in the middle is attached two yellow stars, diameter 20 mm.
- The rank insignia of Junior Prosecutor, Junior Investigator has two vertical yellow stripes, in the middle is attached one yellow star, diameter 20 mm.
- Rank insignia of Examiner has one vertical yellow stripe, in the middle is attached three yellow stars, diameter 20 mm"
2. Replace the phrase "Prosecution Emblem" in Clause 2 Article 1 and Clause 2 Article 7 with the phrase "Emblem of the People's Procuracy".
3. Repeal Articles 2, 3, 6 and Clause 1 Article 7.
Article 3.
1. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
2. The Government, the Supreme People's Procuracy and relevant agencies shall guide the implementation of this Decision./.
