THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 promulgating the Law on the Right to Establish Associations;
Pursuant to the Law on Physical Culture and Sports dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 10, 2012, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP dated April 21, 2010 on organization, operation, and management of associations; and the Government's Decree No. 33/2012/ND-CP dated April 13, 2012 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Head of the Movement Promotion Board for the establishment of the Vietnam Water Polo Federation and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations;
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Vietnam Water Polo Federation.
Article 2. The Vietnam Water Polo Federation is a social-professional organization, organized and operating according to the Statutes of the Federation approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, complying with legal regulations, subject to state management by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other relevant ministries and agencies related to the fields of activity of the Federation.
The Vietnam Water Polo Federation has legal personality, its own seal and separate bank account, self-funding its operations, premises, and equipment.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Head of the Movement Promotion Board for the establishment of the Federation, the President of the Vietnam Water Polo Federation, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
