THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 promulgating the Law on the right to establish associations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/ND-CP dated August 10, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP dated April 21, 2010 on organization, operation, and management of associations; and the Government's Decree No. 33/2012/ND-CP dated April 13, 2012 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam Association of Geological Accounting and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations;
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Vietnam Association of Geological Accounting.
Article 2. The Vietnam Association of Geological Accounting is a social-professional organization that operates and functions according to the Statutes of the Vietnam Association of Geological Accounting approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, adheres to legal regulations, and is subject to state management by the Ministry of Finance and other relevant ministries and sectors within the scope and field of its activities.
The Vietnam Association of Geological Accounting has legal personality, its own seal and bank account, self-funds its operations, provides its own premises and equipment.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Association, the President of the Vietnam Association of Geological Accounting, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
