THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Based on Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
On the basis of Decision No. 22/2008/QD-BNN dated January 28, 2008 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Forest Protection Department;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Forest Protection Department and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer the management in its current state: The area, boundaries, forest status, tasks, management staff, labor force, capital, material infrastructure... of Tam Dao National Park under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to be directly managed by the Forest Protection Department from April 1, 2008.
Article 2. The Director of the Forest Protection Department shall take the lead in receiving, and shall be responsible for coordinating with the Financial Department, Planning Department, Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department; Construction Management Department; relevant Departments and Bureaus within the Ministry and the Director of Tam Dao National Park to implement the transfer and receipt of management of Tam Dao National Park according to regulations, to be completed in the second quarter of 2008.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of the Forest Protection Department, the Director of Tam Dao National Park, and the Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
