DECISION
AMENDING CLAUSE 2, ARTICLE 7, REGULATIONS ISSUED ACCORDING TO DECISION NO. 06/2007/QĐ-UBND DATED MARCH 19, 2007 OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NAM PROVINCE ON STANDARDS, CONDITIONS, PROCEDURES FOR APPOINTMENT, REMOVAL, REPLACEMENT AND GRANTING OF ALLOWANCES TO HEAD ACCOUNTANTS AND RESPONSIBLE ACCOUNTANTS IN ACCOUNTING UNITS UNDER STATE ACCOUNTING SECTOR WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF QUANG NAM PROVINCE
PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NAM PROVINCE
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Circular No. 50/2005/TTLT/BTC-BNV dated June 15, 2005 issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding standards, conditions, procedures for appointment, removal, replacement and granting of allowances to head accountants and responsible accountants in accounting units under state accounting sector, and Circular No. 9765/BTC-VP dated August 3, 2005 issued by the Ministry of Finance regarding correction of Circular No. 50/2005/TTLT/BTC-BNV.
Pursuant to Decision No. 81/2005/QĐ-UBND dated December 2, 2005 of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province on regulations for management of organizational structure, staffing, salaries, cadres and civil servants in administrative agencies, public institutions and state-owned enterprise managers under the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province;
Based on the proposal by the Director of the Department of Finance at Document No. 419/STC-HCSN dated April 3, 2007 and that of the Director of the Department of Home Affairs,
DECIDES:
Article 1. Amending Clause 2, Article 7, Regulations issued according to Decision No. 06/2007/QĐ-UBND dated March 19, 2007 of the People's Committee regarding the period for enjoying allowances for head accountants and responsible accountants:
- As originally promulgated: The allowance for head accountants and responsible accountants stipulated in this Regulation shall be enjoyed from October 1, 2004.
- Amended as follows: The allowance for head accountants and responsible accountants stipulated in this Regulation shall be enjoyed from the date 26/8/2005 (effective upon publication in the Official Gazette on August 10, 2005).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee Office of Quang Nam Province, Directors of Departments of Home Affairs and Finance of Quang Nam Province, Heads of Departments, Bureaus, Sectors, relevant agencies and units, and Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, cities shall implement this Decision.
