THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on Decision No. 22/2008/QD-BNN dated January 28, 2008 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Forest Protection Department;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Forest Protection Department and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer the management in its current state: area, boundaries, forest status, tasks, management staff, labor force, capital, material infrastructure... of Bai Tuong National Park under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to the direct management of the Forest Protection Department from April 1, 2008.
Article 2. The Director of the Forest Protection Department shall be responsible for receiving, and shall cooperate with the Financial Department, Planning Department, Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department; Construction Management Department; relevant Departments and Units of the Ministry and the Director of Bai Tuong National Park to implement the transfer and take over the management of Bai Tuong National Park according to regulations, to be completed in the second quarter of 2008.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of the Forest Protection Department, the Director of Bai Tuong National Park, and the Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
