     Pursuant to Decision No. 1294/QD-BNV dated December 3, 2012 of the Ministry of Home Affairs approving the Project "Determining Administrative Reform Indices of Ministries, Equivalent Ministries,

People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities"amend     Pursuant to Decision No. 152/QD-BNV dated February 26, 2013 of the Ministry of Home Affairs issuing the Implementation Plan to Determine Administrative Reform Indices in 2012 of Ministries, Equivalent Ministries, The People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities.

     Pursuant to the Administrative Reform Program of the Ministry for the period 2011-2020 and the Administrative Reform Implementation Plan of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for the period 2011-2015; The      At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department,

This Decision hereby issues the Implementation Plan to Determine and Develop Monitoring and Evaluation Indices for Administrative Reform of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Heads of units under the Ministry shall implement the contents of work according to this Plan issued by the Ministry.

DECISION:

Article 1. The Permanent Deputy Minister, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, and the Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 2. Implementing Determination and Development of Monitoring and Evaluation Indices for Administrative Reform of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Article 4. Attached to Decision No. 978/QD-BNN-TCCB dated May 4, 2013 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development
