Regarding the transfer of management of Yok Don National Park to the Forest Protection Department

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
On the basis of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on Decision No. 22/2008/QD-BNN dated January 28, 2008 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Forest Protection Department;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Forest Protection Department and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer the management in its current state: area, boundaries, forest status, tasks, management staff, labor force, capital, material infrastructure... of Yok Don National Park under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to the direct management of the Forest Protection Department from April 1, 2008.
Article 2. The Director of the Forest Protection Department shall be responsible for receiving the transfer, and shall cooperate with the Financial Department, Planning Department, Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department; Construction Management Department; relevant Departments and Units of the Ministry and the Director of Yok Don National Park to implement the transfer and take over the management of Yok Don National Park according to regulations, to be completed in the second quarter of 2008.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of the Forest Protection Department, the Director of Yok Don National Park, and the Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
