REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PHUOC LONG WARD UNDER NA TRANG CITY AND NINH SON COMMUNE UNDER NINH HOA DISTRICT, KHANH HOA PROVINCE

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE APPLICATION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KHANH HOA PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THE ESTABLISHMENT OF WARD AND COMMUNE UNDER NA TRANG CITY AND NINH HOA DISTRICT, KHANH HOA PROVINCE IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. ESTABLISH PHUOC LONG WARD UNDER NA TRANG CITY ON THE BASIS OF 427 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 14,391 POPULATION OF PHUOC HAI WARD.
ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF PHUOC LONG WARD: NORTH ADJACENT TO PHUOC HAI WARD; SOUTH ADJACENT TO PHUOC DONG COMMUNE; EAST ADJACENT TO VINH NGUYEN WARD; WEST ADJACENT TO VINH THAI COMMUNE.
AFTER ADJUSTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES, PHUOC HAI WARD WILL HAVE 256 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 13,476 POPULATION.
2. ESTABLISH NINH SON COMMUNE UNDER NINH HOA DISTRICT ON THE BASIS OF 17,175 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 6,267 POPULATION OF NINH AN COMMUNE.
ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF NINH SON COMMUNE: EAST ADJACENT TO NINH AN COMMUNE; WEST ADJACENT TO MDRAK DISTRICT (DAGLAK PROVINCE); SOUTH ADJACENT TO NINH THUONG COMMUNE; NORTH ADJACENT TO SONG HINH DISTRICT (PHU YEN PROVINCE) AND VAN NINH DISTRICT.
AFTER ADJUSTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES, NINH AN COMMUNE WILL HAVE 3,962 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 10,465 POPULATION.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect fifteen days after its issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KHANH HOA PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED AGENCIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
