Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Based on the functions and tasks of the Civil Aviation Management Center of Vietnam.

DECISION:

Article 1. Amending the provisions related to management positions in Article 4 of Decision No. 15/1998/QĐ-TTg dated January 24, 1998 of the Prime Minister regarding the transfer of the Civil Aviation Management Center of Vietnam into a state-owned enterprise operating for public benefit as follows:

- The General Director of the Civil Aviation Management Center of Vietnam shall be appointed by

- The Deputy General Directors and Chief Accountants shall be appointed and relieved of their duties by the Head of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam after consulting with the Minister-Chairman of the Government's Organization and Personnel Department.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to ministries, Heads of agencies under the Government, the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, and the Civil Aviation Management Center of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this decision.
