REGARDING THE DISSOLUTION OF THE STATE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT REFORM BOARD

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE STATE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT REFORM BOARD; THE MINISTER IN CHARGE OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE; THE MINISTER IN CHARGE OF THE GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL SERVICE BOARD AS STATED IN REPORT NO. 197/TTr-BTCCBCP DATED AUGUST 11, 2000;
DECISION:
Article 1. DISSOLVE THE STATE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT REFORM BOARD.
Article 2. ESTABLISH THE STATE ENTERPRISE REFORM AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF A DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER.
THE DIRECTORATE SHALL HAVE A DEPUTY DIRECTOR TO ASSIST THE DIRECTOR.
THE MEMBERS OF THE DIRECTORATE ARE REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE MINISTRIES OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT, FINANCE, LABOUR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS, AND THE GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL SERVICE BOARD.
THE DIRECTORATE SHALL HAVE A SUPPORT UNIT WITHIN THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE STATE ENTERPRISE REFORM AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING TO THE PRIME MINISTER FOR ISSUANCE OF THE REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATIONS OF THE DIRECTORATE.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF ISSUE. ABROGATING DECISION NO. 111/TTg DATED JUNE 29, 1998 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STATE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT REFORM BOARD.
Article 5. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT-AFFILIATED AGENCIES, CHAIRS OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE STATE ENTERPRISE REFORM AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
