Regarding the announcement of the supplementary list of veterinary drugs permitted for production,
export, import, circulation, and use in Vietnam in 2001
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995, stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the provisions on the implementation of the Veterinary Law and the Veterinary Drug Management Regulation issued together with the Government Decree No. 93/CP dated November 27, 1993;
Pursuant to Circular No. 62/2001/TT-BNN dated June 5, 2001, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the export and import of goods under the specialized management of agriculture according to Decision No. 46/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the management of export and import of goods during the period 2001-2005.
At the proposal of the Director of the Animal Health Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announced hereby:
1. The supplementary list of veterinary drugs permitted for production.
2. The supplementary list of veterinary drugs permitted for import.
3. The list of veterinary drugs whose import registration period has expired.
4. The revised list of veterinary drugs permitted for production, export, import, circulation, and use in Vietnam in 2001 issued by Decision No. 45/2001/QĐ-BNN-TY dated April 18, 2001 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Animal Health, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals within the country and foreigners involved in activities related to the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
