DECREE
Regarding the establishment of Vu Ninh, Kinh Bac, and Dai Phuc wards
under Bac Ninh town, Bac Ninh province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001.
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province,
DECREE
Article 1. The wards of Vu Ninh, Kinh Bac, and Dai Phuc under Bac Ninh town, Bac Ninh province are hereby established as follows:
1. Establishing Vu Ninh ward based on the entire natural area and population of Vu Ninh commune.
Vu Ninh ward has 620.33 hectares of natural area and 9,737 inhabitants.
Administrative boundaries of Vu Ninh ward: East borders the wards of Dap Cau, Thi Cau, and Que Vo district; West borders the wards of Kinh Bac, Suoi Hoa, and Yen Phong district; South borders the ward of Dai Phuc and Que Vo district; North borders Yen Phong district and Bac Giang province.
2. Establishing Kinh Bac ward based on the entire natural area and population of Kinh Bac commune.
Kinh Bac ward has 206.02 hectares of natural area and 6,315 inhabitants.
Administrative boundaries of Kinh Bac ward: East borders the wards of Suoi Hoa, Ve An, and Tien An; West borders Yen Phong district; South borders the ward of Ninh Xa and Vo Cuong commune; North borders Vu Ninh ward and Yen Phong district.
3. Establishing Dai Phuc ward based on the entire natural area and population of Dai Phuc commune.
Dai Phuc ward has 460.6 hectares of natural area and 10,073 inhabitants.
Administrative boundaries of Dai Phuc ward: East borders Vu Ninh ward and Que Vo district; West borders the wards of Ninh Xa and Tien An; South borders Vo Cuong commune and Que Vo, Tien Du districts; North borders Vu Ninh ward and Suoi Hoa ward.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
