DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
On the price of teaching and learning equipment for grade 2 and grade 7of the Trading Company Supporting Mountain Construction
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/CP dated01/7/2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the decisions of the Minister of Education and Training: Decision No. 12/2003/QD-BGD&ĐT dated March 24, 2003 on the issuance of the minimum teaching equipment list for grade 2 and Decision No. 23/2003/QD-BGD&ĐT dated June 9, 2003 on the adjustment and supplementation of the minimum teaching equipment list for grade 2; Decision No. 13/2003/QD-BGD&ĐT dated March 24, 2003 on the issuance of the minimum teaching equipment list for grade 7 and Decision No. 24/2003/QD-BGD&ĐT dated June 9, 2003 on the adjustment and supplementation of the minimum teaching equipment list for grade 7;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2523/QD-BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated June 3, 2003 and Decision No. 2524/QD-BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated June 3, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training approving the sample equipment included in the minimum teaching equipment list for grade 2 and grade 7;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Price Department for Production Materials - Government Price Board,
DECISION:
Article 1. Prescribes the prices of teaching and learning equipment for grade 2 and grade 7 of the Trading Company Supporting Mountain Construction as set out in Appendixes I and II attached hereto.
The above price is the maximum price (inclusive of value-added tax) for investors to organize procurement in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. The prices prescribed in the appendices of Article 1 apply to teaching and learning equipment that meet the quantity requirements and correct types for each subject approved by the Ministry of Education and Training in Decisions No. 12/2003/QD-BGD&ĐT and Decision No. 23/2003/QD-BGD&ĐT; Decision No. 13/2003/QD-BGD&ĐT and Decision No. 24/2003/QD-BGD&ĐT (according to the reference samples kept at the Ministry), produced from materials (including purchased semi-finished products and accompanying packaging) consistent with the pricing plan submitted by the selling entity. High precision equipment (microscopes, scales) must be approved by inspection authorities.
Article 3. The prices prescribed in Article 1 above are the prices delivered at the warehouse of the Trading Company Supporting Mountain Construction on the transportation means provided by the buyer.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
