Pursuant to the Ordinance on Fees and Charges No. 38/2001/PL-UBTVQH10 dated August 28, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Based on the proposal of the Ministry of Transport in Circular No. 6166/GTVT-TC dated November 5, 2004, and the proposal of the Director General of the Tax General Department,
DECISION:

Article 2. The subjects paying, managing, and using the Hau Giang ferry crossing fee shall be implemented according to the provisions of Joint Circular No. 62/TT-LB dated July 23, 1993, issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Transport on guiding the organization of collection and management and use of ferry and pontoon bridge tolls.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette./.
