Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Intellectual Property Law No. 50/2005/QH11, November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2006 detailing certain provisions of the Intellectual Property Law regarding rights over plant varieties;
At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department,
DECISION:
Article 1Supplement the following plant genera and species to the List of Plant Species for Protection:

Article 4The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally-administered cities, the Heads of the New Plant Variety Protection Offices, the Heads of relevant units and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
