Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Intellectual Property Law No. 50/2005/QH11, November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2006 detailing certain provisions of the Intellectual Property Law regarding rights over plant varieties;
At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department,
DECISION:
Article 1Supplement the following plant genera and species to the List of Plant Species for Protection:
