CIRCULAR

Issuing the Publishing Regulation within the Vietnam People's Army

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents of 2008;

On the basis of the Publishing Law 2012;

On the basis of Decree No. 195/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 21, 2013 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Publishing Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Political General Department;

The Minister of National Defense hereby decides.

Article 1. The Publishing Regulation within the Vietnam People's Army is issued together with this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 7, 2014, and replaces Decision No. 125/2006/QĐ-BQP dated June 30, 2006 of the Minister of National Defense on issuing the Publishing Regulation within the Vietnam People's Army.

Article 3. The Director of the Political General Department, heads of agencies, units, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
