THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam dated November 12, 1996.
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Legal Affairs - Foreign Investment.
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6This Decision promulgates the Code of Conduct for Foreign Investment Consulting Services.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision replaces Decision No. 209/HTĐT-VP dated April 14, 1990 of the State Committee for Cooperation and Investment, now the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
