DECREE
No. 98 dated June 7, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Decree of May 3, 1946 establishing rules for organizing Ministries;
Pursuant to the Decree of May 6, 1946 organizing the Ministry of National Economy;
Pursuant to the Ordinance of May 28, 1946 organizing the General Statistics Office of Vietnam;
At the request of the Minister of the Ministry of National Economy,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers.
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Nguyen Thieu Lau as Director of the General Statistics Office of Vietnam.
Article 2
The Minister of the Ministry of National Economy shall implement this Decree accordingly.
