PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 1-SL DATED DECEMBER 18, 1946 ESTABLISHING PROTECTION COMMITTEES AND JOINT MINISTERIAL ORDER NO. 6-NV/CT DATED DECEMBER 28, 1946 IMPLEMENTING THAT DECREE;
PURSUANT TO JOINT MINISTERIAL ORDER NO. 3-NV/CT DATED DECEMBER 28, 1946 SUSPENDING ELECTIONS FOR THE POPULAR ASSEMBLY AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEES;

ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
APPOINT THE FOLLOWING PERSONS AS ADMINISTRATIVE MEMBERS AND PEOPLE'S MEMBERS IN THE RESISTANCE COMMITTEE OF WAR ZONE XII:
MR. NGUYEN THANH BINH, ADMINISTRATIVE MEMBER
NGUYEN KHANG, PEOPLE'S MEMBER
BUI DONG, PEOPLE'S MEMBER
DO THUC PHACH, PEOPLE'S MEMBER.
Article 2
