THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;

Pursuant to the Trade Law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam dated May 10, 1997;

Pursuant to the Civil Servant Ordinance dated February 26, 1998.

ON DECREE

Article 1.- Abolish paragraph a, point 2, section II of Circular No. 07/TMDL/QLTT dated May 18, 1992 and point 6.1, Article 6 of the Business Operation Regulations for Popular Eating Establishments and Lodging Accommodations issued together with Decision No. 747/TM-KD dated September 7, 1995 of the Ministry of Commerce.

Article 2.- The Directors of the Provincial Departments of Commerce under the central government; heads of functional agencies under the Ministry of Commerce are responsible for implementing this decision.

THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
