Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 26/2005/PL-UBTVQH on Preferential Treatment for Persons with Merit to the Revolution issued by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on September 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2006/NĐ-CP dated May 26, 2006 of the Government guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for Persons with Merit to the Revolution;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (Memorandum No. 30/TTr-BLĐTBXH dated July 3, 2008);
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing the National Memorial Certificate to 118 martyrs belonging to 5 agencies: Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of National Defense and 28 centrally governed cities and provinces: Da Nang, Dien Bien, Dak Nong, Dak Lak, Binh Dinh, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Cao Bang, Ca Mau, Hoa Binh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ha Tay, Hau Giang, Kien Giang, Nam Dinh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Phu Tho, Quang Nam, Quang Binh, Tien Giang, Thai Nguyen, Vinh Long (attached list).
Article 2. The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
