Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank dated December 12, 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated June 17, 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions dated December 12, 1997;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;

At the proposal of the Director of the Accounting-Finance Department,

DECISION:

Article 1: Supplements the serial number code of UFJ Limited Liability Bank into Point 5 of Appendix No. 3 attached to Decision No. 1247/2003/QĐ-NHNN dated October 20, 2003 issued by the Governor of the State Bank on the Regulations on the Banking Code System for Transactions through the State Bank as follows:

Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3.
