THE GOVERNMENT
BASED ON Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Delegates (amended) adopted on JUNE 21, 1994;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Bình Province and the Minister - Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of 45 (forty-five) provincial People's Council representatives, 17 (seventeen) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected in each electoral unit for the Ninh Bình Provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Bình Province, the Minister - Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister - Director of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
