DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
and the Government of the Republic of Mozambique on medical cooperation
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Conclusion, Accession and Implementation of International Treaties dated June 14, 2005;
At the proposal of the Minister of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Mozambique on medical cooperation signed in Hanoi on January 16, 2007.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle diplomatic procedures for the approval and notify relevant agencies in our country of the date the Agreement comes into effect.
Article 3. The Ministry of Health shall take the lead and coordinate with related agencies to implement the Agreement./.
