THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the request of the Director of the Crop Production Department and the Director of the Quality Management Department for Agriculture, Forestry Products and Aquatic Products,
DECISION:
Article 1. These Regulations on the Management of Safe Vegetable, Fruit, and Tea Production and Business are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 43/2007/QD-BNN dated May 16, 2007 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating Regulations on the Management of Safe Tea Production, Processing, and Certification; and Decision No. 106/2007/QD-BNN dated December 28, 2007 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating Regulations on the Management of Safe Vegetable Production and Business.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of the Crop Production Department and the Quality Management Department for Agriculture, Forestry Products and Aquatic Products, Heads of units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
