Decree No. 99 Appointing Staff to Positions in the Ministry of Finance

DECREE-LAW

No. 99 dated June 7, 1946

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of Ministries,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 75 dated May 29, 1946 establishing positions in the Office, various Departments, Bureaus, Inspection Board and other subordinate agencies under the Ministry of Finance,

Upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance, after consultation with the Council of Ministers,

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:

Article 1

The following officials are hereby appointed to the positions listed below in the Office, various Departments, Bureaus and Inspection Board at the Ministry of Finance:

1- Office:

Director of the Office: Mr. Do Trong Kim

Deputy Director of the Office: Mr. Nguyen Khoa Hung

Secretary: Mr. Trinh Van Phu

2- Departments:

Director of Administrative Affairs: Mr. Le Thong Hien

Deputy Directors of Administrative Affairs: Nguyen Duy Liem, Do Van Thao

3- Bureaus

Director of the Bureau of Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes: Mr. Trinh Van Binh

Director of the Bureau of Land Registry and Property Tax: Mr. Pham Gia Kinh

Director of the Bureau of Revenue Collection: Vu Ngoc Khue

Director of the Treasury Bureau: Nguyen Van Khoat

Director of the Bureau of Public Finance: Do Mong Ngoc

4- Inspection Board:

Chief Inspector of Finance: Dr. Nguyen Van Luyen

Inspector of Finance: Mr. Le Tran Duc

Article 2

The Minister of Finance is responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
