Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Transport,

Article 1. The subordinate public service units under the Ministry of Transport include:

1. Institute of Science and Technology for Transport.

2. Vietnam Aviation Academy.

3. Maritime University.

4. Ho Chi Minh City Transport University.

5. College of Transport.

6. College of Transport II.

7. College of Transport III.

8. Central College of Transport in the Central Region.

9. Central I Vocational College of Transport.

10. Central II Vocational College of Transport.

11. Central III Vocational College of Transport.

12. Management Board of Highway 1 Project.

13. My Thuan Project Management Board.

14. Thang Long Project Management Board.

15. Project Management Board 1.

16. Project Management Board 85.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. Any previous provisions contrary to this Decision are abolished.

Article 3. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
