Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers on the organization of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation;
In accordance with the proposal of the Minister of Public Works and Transportation;
Following the resolution of the Council of Ministers after consultation with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly,
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1- The Ministry of Public Works and Transportation is authorized to issue two types of stamps as follows: "production and thrift".
- Type denominated in currency for use by the public.
- Type denominated in rice for use by military, civilian, and administrative agencies.
Article 2 The type denominated in currency includes denominations of: 50đ, 200đ, 1.000đ, 5.000đ.
The type denominated in rice includes denominations of: 0kg 100, 0kg 600, 1kg, 2kg, 5kg.
Article 3- The quantity of each type of stamp to be issued is as follows:
- Type denominated in currency:
- Denomination 50đ: 1 million pieces
- Denomination 200đ: 5 million pieces
- Denomination 1.000đ: 3 million pieces
- Denomination 5.000đ: 1 million pieces
b) Type denominated in rice:
- Denomination 0kg 100: 1 million pieces
- Denomination 0kg 600: 5 million pieces
- Denomination 1kg: 2 million pieces
- Denomination 2kg: 2 million pieces
- Denomination 5kg: 1 million pieces
Article 4- The Minister of Public Works and Transportation shall implement this decree-law.
