REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION OF VIETNAMESE ARTISANS AND BRANDS

BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 102/SL-L004 DATED MAY 20, 1957 ISSUING THE LAW ON THE RIGHT TO FORM ASSOCIATIONS;
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/ND-CP dated August 10, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 45/2010/ND-CP DATED APRIL 21, 2010 REGULATING THE ORGANIZATION, OPERATIONS, AND MANAGEMENT OF ASSOCIATIONS; AND THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 33/2012/ND-CP DATED APRIL 13, 2012 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 45/2010/ND-CP;
CONSIDERING THE APPLICATION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE INITIATIVE COMMITTEE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION OF VIETNAMESE ARTISANS AND BRANDS AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS;
DECISION:
Article 1. APPROVES THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION OF VIETNAMESE ARTISANS AND BRANDS.
Article 2. THE ASSOCIATION OF VIETNAMESE ARTISANS AND BRANDS IS A PROFESSIONAL SOCIAL ORGANIZATION THAT OPERATES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CHARTER APPROVED BY THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS, COMPLIES WITH LEGAL PROVISIONS, AND IS SUBJECT TO STATE MANAGEMENT BY THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE AND OTHER RELEVANT MINISTRIES AND SECTORS RELATED TO THE ASSOCIATION'S FIELD OF ACTIVITY.
THE ASSOCIATION OF VIETNAMESE ARTISANS AND BRANDS HAS LEGAL PERSONHOOD, ITS OWN SEAL AND ACCOUNT, SELF-FINANCES ITS EXPENSES, AND PROVIDES ITS OWN OFFICE AND OPERATIONAL MEANS.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE INITIATIVE COMMITTEE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION, THE PRESIDENT OF THE ASSOCIATION OF VIETNAMESE ARTISANS AND BRANDS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS' GENERAL OFFICE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
