Issuing Temporary Standards on Project Management Costs and Investment Consulting Costs for Information Technology Applications Using State Budget Funds

Pursuant to the Law on Information Technology dated June 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2007/ND-CP dated April 10, 2007 of the Government on the application of information technology in the operations of state agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/2009/NĐ-CP dated November 6, 2009 of the Government on Management of Investment in Information Technology Applications Using State Budget Funds;
Pursuant to Circular No. 06/2011/TT-BTTTT dated February 28, 2011 of the Minister of Information and Communications on the establishment and management of investment costs for information technology applications;
Considering the proposal of the Department of Information Technology Application;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Temporary Standards on Project Management Costs and Investment Consulting Costs for Information Technology Applications Using State Budget Funds for relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals to refer to and use in determining project management costs and investment consulting costs for information technology applications using state budget funds.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, and the Heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
