Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents No. 17/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 100/2010/NĐ-CP dated September 28, 2010 of the Government on the Official Gazette;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

DECISION:

Article 1. Amend the name of Article 7 of Circular No. 39/2011/TT-BTC dated March 22, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Circular No. 83/2007/TT-BTC dated July 16, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decision No. 09/2007/QD-TTg dated January 19, 2007 and Circular No. 175/2009/TT-BTC dated September 9, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance guiding certain contents of Decision No. 140/2008/QD-TTg dated October 21, 2008 of the Prime Minister on the reorganization and handling of state-owned real estate (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 39/2011/TT-BTC) as follows:

In Article 7, the title printed is: "Amend and supplement Point b Clause 4.1 Section 4 Part II of Circular No. 83/2007/TT-BTC as follows:"

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date Circular No. 39/2011/TT-BTC comes into force and is an integral part of Circular No. 39/2011/TT-BTC.
