DECISION
Regarding the correction of Circular No. 46/2010/TT-BTC dated April 8, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance on the management, settlement, and final accounting of investment capital for infrastructure construction projects in poor districts implementing Resolution No. 30a/2008/NQ-CP dated December 27, 2008 of the Government on the Program to rapidly and sustainably reduce poverty in 61 poor districts

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2008/ND-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Investment Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Correcting Circular No. 46/2010/TT-BTC dated April 8, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance on the management, settlement, and final accounting of investment capital for infrastructure construction projects in poor districts implementing Resolution No. 30a/2008/NQ-CP dated December 27, 2008 of the Government on the Program to rapidly and sustainably reduce poverty in 61 poor districts:
In the section on the basis for issuing the Circular printed:
"Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2007/ND-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on the management of construction project investment costs and Decree No. 03/2008/ND-CP dated January 7, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 99/2007/ND-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on the management of construction project investment costs;"
Now amended to read:
"Pursuant to Decree No. 112/2009/ND-CP dated December 14, 2009 of the Government on the management of construction project investment costs;"
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect simultaneously with the effective date of Circular No. 46/2010/TT-BTC dated April 8, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance./.
