THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 96/CP dated February 7, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Article 6 of Decree No. 06/CP dated January 20, 1995 of the Government and Circular No. 10/1998/TT-BLĐTBXH dated May 28, 1998 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of the personal protective equipment provision system;
At the proposal of the Ministry of Public Security in Document No. 664/BCA (X13) dated June 10, 1999.

Article 1. Issued together with this decision is the list of personal protective equipment for individuals engaged in special occupations and tasks with hazardous and harmful factors in the People's Public Security Force.
Article 2. For individuals engaged in other occupations and tasks with hazardous and harmful factors, implement Decision No. 955/1998/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated September 22, 1998 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs and subsequent decisions issued to supplement it.
Article 3. The Ministry of Public Security shall be responsible for guiding and directing the organization to implement the personal protective equipment provision system for units under its management according to the provisions of Circular No. 10/1998-BLĐTBXH dated May 28, 1998 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on "guiding the implementation of the personal protective equipment provision system."
Article 4. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signature. Abolish previous regulations on standards for personal protective equipment for the People's Public Security Force that conflict with the provisions of this decision.
