Issued Catalogue livestock breeds necessary for import

Pursuant to the Law on Export Duties and Import Duties dated April 6, 2016;

Decree No. Decision No. 134/2016/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 9 2016 of The Government issues detailed regulations on certain provisions and implementation measures of the Law on Export Duties and Import Duties;

Pursuant to Decree No. 18/2021/NĐ-CP dated March 11, 2021 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree  Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2018/NĐ-CP dated February 27, 2018 of the Government on handling complaints and reports in the fields of labor, vocational education, dispatching Vietnamese workers abroad under contracts, employment, occupational safety and health;Decision No. 134/2016/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementation measures of the Law on Export Duties and Import Duties;

Pursuant to Decree No.dated December 22, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; dated December 22, 2022 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;  and Fisheries;

At the proposal of Legal Affairs Department Director, Livestock Production Management General Department Director,Director CFisheries General Department;

Article 1. Amending and supplementing some articles of Circular No. 21/2023/TT-BTTTT dated December 31, 2023 of the Ministry of Information and Communications on functions and technical features of the Administrative Procedure Handling Information System at the ministerial and provincial levels (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 21/2023/TT-BTTTT) as follows: dated November 17, 2020; issues the Circular issues 2. Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Catalogue of Livestock Breeds (including livestock breeds prescribed in the Livestock Production Law and aquatic animal breeds prescribed in the Fisheries Law) necessary for import pursuant to Clause 12, Article 16 of the Law on Export Duties and Import Duties No. 107/2016/QH13, Article 18 and Clause 4, Article 40 of Decree No. 134/2016/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementation measures of the Law on Export Duties and Import Duties.

Article 2. The importation of livestock breeds and aquatic animal breeds must comply with the provisions of the Livestock Production Law, the Fisheries Law, and related legal documents.

Article 3. This Circular takes effect from February 2, 2024.
