Về việc công bố Bộ luật Hình sự.
CHỦ TỊCH NƯỚC CỘNG HÒA XÃ HỘI CHỦ NGHĨA VIỆT NAM
Căn cứ vào Điều 103và Điều 106 của Hiến pháp nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992,
Căn cứ vào Điều 78của Luật Tổ chức Quốc hội;
Căn cứ vào Điều 50 của Luật Banhành các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật,
NAY CÔNG BỐ:
Bộ luật Hình sự.
Đã được Quốc hội nướcCộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Khóa X thông qua ngày 21 tháng 12
năm 1999./.
