Về việc công bố Pháp lệnh
CHỦ TỊCH NƯỚC CỘNG HÒA XÃ HỘI CHỦ NGHĨA VIỆT NAM
Căn cứ vào Điều 103và Điều 106 của Hiến pháp nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992;
Căn cứ vào Điều 78của Luật Tổchức Quốchội;
Căn cứ vào Điều 51của Luật Ban hành các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật,
NAY CÔNG BỐ:
Pháp lệnh Thể dục thểthao
Đã được Uỷ ban Thườngvụ Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Khóa X thông qua ngày 25 tháng 9 năm2000./.
