主席 越南民主共和国主席 胡志明

根据1949年2月1日发布的第2-SL号指令，成立高级技术学院；

遵照交通部大臣的提议；

依照政府委员会的决议；

现发布如下命令：

条1。 现任命交通部副部长邓福通兼任高级技术学院院长职务。

条2。 各位交通部大臣和教育部大臣应遵照本指令执行。
