根据1946年5月3日第57-SL号命令，组织各部并成立各局；
根据1948年8月20日第229-SL号命令，任命阮德成先生担任矿产技术局局长职务；
根据1949年12月21日第143-SL号命令，将矿产技术局改名为技术局；
鉴于经济部部长的提议，
现发布命令如下：
第一条： 任命阮文涛先生接替阮德成先生担任技术局局长职务。
第二条： 经济部部长负责执行本命令。
